Our kid-centric salon, located in The Orland Park Crossing , provides a fun, stress-free haircut experience for kids and parents. Locally owned, our salon aims to give parents the experience that we searched for—but couldn’t find—with our own children. Whether you’re looking for a quick buzz cut, a timeless bob, a heart-shaped braid or the latest ‘do, our professional stylists are here for you.In our bright and cheerful salon, kids usually have so much fun they forget about the actual haircut. They’re too busy playing with our train table, toys, games  or watching a movie on one of our four flat screens. While getting their haircut, kids can sit in our famous chairs, including a fire truck, airplane, taxi and police car (we also have regular chairs for parents and older siblings). Each girls’ haircut includes a glitter Braid, ribbon,  pigtails or a ponytail.  Boys can try out our cool spiky gel. and get cool color spray.Throughout the visit, kids enjoy treats galore (with parent’s permission, of course), including animal crackers, a lollipop and a trip to our exciting treasure chest.

Did you know that our salon has a party room? Your daughter will be the belle of the ball at a Pigtails & Crewcuts dress-up party. In a room just for her, she and her friends can choose from an elaborate wardrobe of gowns, enjoy tasteful make-up application and glitter manicures. Our professional party host will play entertainment DJ, leading the girls through Freeze Dance and Karaoke, along with classics like limbo, Simon Says and musical chairs.

Each party is as creative as the kids are. Party themes include glamour parties, princess parties, luaus, pirate parties and more.
