I see that saving is important to you and I wanted to reply to assist you in making the experience even better.
We offer a ten haircut package at a discount. I like to call it the Costco of haircuts! If you purchase a 10 haircuts in advance, the price is $150.00 so you will save at least $2.00 per cut and there is no coupon needed. The package does not expire and it is good for the entire family, so even your cuts are only$15.00 per cut.
If the package is not an option for you, you can like us on Facebook and “check in” on Facebook when you are at the store. We have daily offers that include discounts off products, hair accessories, money off a haircut or an extra punch in your loyalty card.
Of course, we also have our loyalty card, which earns you 50% off a full price haircut when you get your 10th cut with us.
It is my hope that this answers your questions in regards to coupons. Our printing advertising offers coupons for new customers only, because we have better choices for our repeat/long time customers.

As always, I appreciated how sweet Melissa was to my son, as well as the time and care she put into his haircut. Each time we visit Pigtails and Crewcuts I request Melissa, as she has ‘figured out’ my son’s cowlicky mess of hair, which has proven to be a challenge to many who have cut his hair in the past. To my knowledge, there is not procedure in place that allows a client to request a stylist (i.e. a place to check the desired stylist’s name on the sign in sheet). I always feel a bit awkward squeezing in a request for Melissa next to my son’s name when I sign him in, or simply telling the next stylist available that we would like to wait until Melissa is free. I certainly don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings, and I always feel badly when we pass an available stylist up. It’s absolutely nothing against anyone you have employed. We are just very happy with Melissa.

Hi Nancy- my daughter, Hailey, had her haircut on Saturday, January 21st. I was greeted nicely, but the stylist had never cut her hair before- I’ve been coming to the Roswell location for almost 3 years. I do not remember her introducing herself, but I know she has kids of her own. She was friendly, but I don’t think she gave a haircut worth $17.99. She basically trimmed the bangs, which I wanted, but didn’t do much to her length or make a cute style. It barely looks shorter than when we went in and then she just put her hair back like it was when we got there. I asked her to do something cute and she said she was going to stack it a little with some layers, but it doesn’t look any different. Each time the stylists have done a cute braid or put mouse in her hair and done something different, but this one didn’t. Hope this helps. Thanks, Stacy Schleicher

Please bring your child in again for us to change the style if you are not happy with the cut or if you were looking for something different. We want to make sure that you find value in our business and that you are 100% happy. Hair cutting is highly subjective and while the stylist may have thought she was changing it up, it may not have been enough. The good news is that we can always cut more! It works best if you return w/in 7 days of the original cut and we fix it!
Your feedback absolutely helps! The braiding is just a personal choice of each stylists and is not something that we require them to do, but if it makes your visit extra especial, simply ask whomever is providing the service and they will be happy to do it.
This is exactly the kind of feedback I look for and that allows me to better serve our customers. While we do not want you to have to come back for us to get it right, getting it right is most important to us.
