Service was excellent! We were nervous for our 10 month old son’s first haircut. We were impressed by the facility and by the stylist (unfortunately I don’t remember her name but she was blonde and very calm!). Our son, did not cry till the very end when the noise of the clippers made him realize he was getting a haircut!  My one year old son and I were walking outside your One Pacific Place location this afternoon, and one of your employees invited us in to check out the train set in the back.  The store was clean and well organized, and definitely looked inviting and fun for children!!  All the employees were so kind and didn’t pressure us into getting a haircut for my son, but I decided to give it a try.  My son was extremely difficult by my standards; crying, not wanting to sit still…I was mortified!! But the employees were VERY, VERY patient and obviously love children with the way that they wanted to entertain my son and keep me comfortable as well.  Such kind service and excellent people!! We will certainly be back for haircuts here in the future!! Everyone was great and I can’t tell you enough how pleased I am with the results!!  My husband and I were talking about how cute his haircut was all night long!! THANK YOU!!!!

 I am so so thankful for your store! Thank you for paying such close attention to details! We took my son to get his haircut last night, he was so scared! He had an awful haircut experience before at a different salon because they just did not know how to work with kids. Last night our prayers were answered when the whole experience from start to finish was tear free and fun for him! He went from being very scared to asking when he can go back and get his hair cut again. The staff at the Colorado store was superb and we were so thankful to our stylist, she was amazing, she took great care with our son and explained things so he would not be scared! (so sorry I don’t have her card with me with her name, but she really did wonderful!) –It takes a special person to make that kind of experience fun, and a special store.
